Payment Options

All products from 4Blinds2You.com are custom made to your exact sizes and specifications, all orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro are accepted through our online payment provision.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

All our products are custom made to your exact sizes and specifications, as such they are not suitable for resale and are not subject to UK Distance Selling Legislation. Therefore, it is important that you have checked carefully your requirements submitted and purchase decisions prior to placing your order online with our company. We send your order details to the factory and automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price for the goods requested, immediately after you complete your online order. Unless your order has been delayed, because we need additional information from you, or have encountered insufficient stock availability on the product you have requested, an order received from you (for stocked materials) by 3.00 pm will normally begin its production process within 12 hours.

Cancellations and Changes in orders can only be made for a period of up to 12 hours after placement of order. All cancellations and changes effected during this 12 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of £25. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12 hour period, 4Blinds2You.com will refund your money minus this administration charge. Under no circumstance will 4Blinds2You.com either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 12 hour period.

On occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, transportation delays, high volume orders received creating temporary factory overload, holidays, or factors outside the control of 4Blinds2You.com. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day by 4Blinds2You.com.  4Blinds2You.com reserves the right to reject any order, at its sole discretion.

Faulty/Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your goods on receipt and notify 4Blinds2You.com immediately of any damages in the shipment you have received. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify 4Blinds2You.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or does not meet the specifications you requested within 48 hours of the date and time received, 4Blinds2You.com will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

If you do not notify 4Blinds2You.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly during this 48 hour period, 4Blinds2You.com will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

Any goods returned will be subject to inspection by the factory. Should this inspection reveal that the goods returned do not have a manufacturing fault (and are therefore not the responsibility of 4Blinds2You.com) you will be notified of our findings and the costs you would incur to carry out any required repair/replacement - together with all shipping costs incurred for collection and redelivery.

Discontinued and out of stock materials

4Blinds2You.com have no control over materials discontinued by our suppliers, or out of stock product ranges. Every effort will be made by 4Blinds2You.com to remove discontinued products from our site as soon as we are notified by the suppliers in question. Where materials are showing insufficient stock levels to complete your order, and are therefore put on back order with our suppliers, we will of course inform you immediately of the estimated delivery schedule, at which point you may wish to reselect an alternative product or simply choose to wait for your original selection.

Products viewed on site and purchased


Although all our products have been photographed in order to create a true likeness of colour, texture and design, as computer displays vary significantly, we cannot take responsibility should the products supplied not match your décor exactly, as the images represented on our site are for guidance only. Sample swatches are available by email request should you require a closer colour match, although shades can still vary from batch to batch.

Delivery of goods 


Goods purchased will be delivered to the specified address; however should there be no one available to receive the goods in question, a card will be left informing you that a delivery attempt has been made. The delivery will then be taken to the nearest depot in your area, awaiting your instruction for redelivery or collection. Should you fail to receive the delivery of goods on the second attempt, any subsequent deliveries will be chargeable.

Hardware provided


All hardware is provided with the exception of screws. Different applications necessitate varying types and lengths depending on whether you are fitting the blind product into wood, concrete, metal or drywall.

VAT


All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
